Objective: To deliver and register household goods from two manufacturers under a direct contract from China to Russia

Challenge: Inspections during the customs clearance process, and the risk of customs value adjustment due to the low value of the goods

Solution: Our managers collected and prepared the documents confirming the value of the cargo; a surveyor was present at the inspection to supervise the process so as to prevent damage to the boxes. As a result, we promptly resolved all issues with customs, proved the value and released the cargo in the shortest possible time.
