Once the price was agreed upon, we made payment from our Turkish company, the shipper accepted it and promptly produced the goods.     Solution: In today's reality, it is difficult to transport goods from Europe, but we take on this responsibility and solve any problems that arise along the cargo route. In this case, a very long queue of vehicles had formed at the customs post, which resulted in the cargo being held at the border for about 1.5 weeks.     Customs clearance of hazard class 6.2 chemicals

    Objective: To receive chemicals (hazard class 6.2) from the USA at the port of St. Petersburg and conduct customs clearance with subsequent transportation to the customer's warehouse

    Solution: This category of cargo requires a little more attention, since terminals in St. Petersburg cannot store cargo with this hazard class. If our company had made a mistake, the cargo would have been shipped to Europe where there are special terminals for this hazard class, and the cost of re-exporting the cargo would have been borne by the customer's company Also, this cargo requires direct truck delivery to the port and the preliminary submission of documents for customs clearance.     Objective: To find a solution for shipping coconut charcoal for shisha from Indonesia in containers

    Objective: To deliver servers from our warehouse in China to the customer's warehouse in Russia

    Input data: The customer arranged for delivery of the cargo to our consolidation warehouse in China for the air shipment. During the inspection by our agent, it turned out that the cargo had built-in batteries, and some airlines do not accept batteries

    Solution: After assessing all the risks and possible costs, the decision was made to send the servers to the manufacturer to have the batteries removed. Our agent worked efficiently and managed to get the servers delivered to our warehouse and shipped on the scheduled flight. The customer received the cargo with no damage and minimal additional costs
